SickKids has a new Ambulatory Referral Management (ARM) system. The automated, Web-based system is designed to improve the referral process and support more timely and efficient management of referrals to our ambulatory clinics.
The system will electronically route internal and external patient referrals for review, triage and booking. It will also provide automated fax-back responses to referring professionals to let them know the status of their referrals.
To obtain a user ID and password to access the Ambulatory Referral Management (ARM) system, please e-mail: arms.referral@sickkids.ca. Due to a high volume of e-mails, your message may be returned by the next business day.
