First-time users
The online system electronically routes patient referrals for review, triage and booking. It provides automated faxed responses to let you know when your referral has been received; whether it has been redirected and to whom, and when the patient has been booked for an appointment. As with faxed referrals, office staff can continue to complete online referral forms using the information your provide.
Providing all the required referral information, and you receiving immediate automated responses, your patients and your office will benefit from regular and more timely updates and a more efficient process that will result in the right care at the right time.
