Description of Position: | We have an opening for a postdoctoral researcher who would like to play a leadership role in organizing and conducting studies of the effectiveness of cognitive rehabilitation for various neuropsychiatric disorders such as but not limited to attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD). This position is perfect for someone with a strong interest in developing a research career in treatment of neuropsychiatric illness and proven research abilities including the ability to design and implement research studies, analyze data and prepare research results for presentation and publication. The selected applicant will join a research group led by Prof Russell Schachar focusing on cognitive neuroscience of children’s mental illnesses and their rehabilitation. |
Qualifications: | The successful candidate will have a PhD in clinical or experimental psychology or will have trained in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry. |
