Join FCCAC
The FCCAC is looking for new members!
Membership is open to:
- All adult family members or caregivers of a child who has received treatment at SickKids. We welcome parents, grandparents, caregivers and siblings.
- Former patients who have received care within the past five years and is over the age of eighteen.
The people who do best on the FCCAC are:
- open to providing feedback to SickKids
- respectful of diversity and the opinions of others
- dedicated to making SickKids a better place for patients and families
- able to attend Council meetings nine times a year and participate in other activities, such as council subcommittees, Hospital committees, or educational initiatives
If you want to share your ideas, opinions or experiences, the FCCAC would like to hear from you!
There are more than 20 family and staff members of the FCCAC who meet nine times a year.
