The FEI Tecnai 20 can provide structural, chemical, and crystallographic information. It is equipped with an EDAX energy dispersive spectrometer, a Gatan energy filter, STEM detector, cryo stage, ACT crystal orientation imaging and digital cameras.
The FEI XL30 ESEM operates as a standard high vacuum SEM as well as an environmental SEM for examining wet, uncoated specimens. It is equipped with an EDAX energy dispersive spectrometer, backscatter detector, cathode luminescence, and gaseous secondary electron detector.
