Annie Dupuis
Biostatistician
Annie Dupuis joined Biostatistics, Design & Analysis (BDA) in June, 2005. Annie completed her PhD in biostatistics at the University of Toronto n Novmber, 2001, and pursued her Post Doctoral training under the supervision of Dr Mary Corey at The Hospital for Sick Children.
Annie has developed expertise in cystic fibrosis and Schwachman-Diamond syndrome; her research interests also include autism spectrum disorders, AD/HD, learning disabilities, NVLD, bipolar disorder, anxiety, and depression.
Annie has experience in the analysis of large databases, sample size determination, questionnaire design, longitudinal data analysis, categorical data analysis, survival analysis, cluster analysis, factor analysis, the development of diagnostic rules and measurement norms, and graphical methods.
