Networking
BMU fosters exchange of ideas and expertise through networking with other groups and institutions that share the same vision. In this regard, we currently network and collaborate with the Biostatistics Unit, Centre for Evaluation of Medicines, McMaster University (Director: Dr. Lehana Thabane, http://www.thecem.net/biostat_intro.php ) both on research and capacity building issues; and with Mohamed Abdolell from the Department of Radiology, Dalhousie University, primarily on building research literacy through development of online research methods course.
