Monoclonal Antibody Facility

The Monoclonal Antibody Facility at SickKids provides services for custom hybridoma production and antibody purification to the Canadian research community on a cost recovery basis. 

The monoclonal facility provides the following services:

  1. Hybridoma generation from peptides or proteins supplied by the customer
  2. Rescue and subcloning of existing hybridoma cell lines
  3. Monoclonal and polyclonal antibody purification
  4. Isotyping of hybridoma cell lines
  5. Large scale (1 litre) production of existing cell lines
  6. Supply epitope-tag mouse monoclonal antibodies for research purpose only
