My main goal is to refine our understanding of diseases by combining heterogeneous data and dissecting it in ways that scientists have not dared to before.
Two major directions are:
1) Disease sub-type identification through combination of clinical and genotypic information
2) Combining heterogeneous data into one framework to refine understanding of the disease complexity
