Panel meetings
Please note that there are no posted submission deadline dates for new applications. This change in practice is aimed at streamlining submissions to the REB office, and avoiding the bottleneck created in the office by establishing a deadline day.
New applications that require full Board review will be assigned to the next meeting agenda
- when the application has been reviewed for completeness by a Coordinator and the number of required copies (as determined by the Coordinator) are submitted to our office
- it is received in sufficient time to be circulated and reviewed by the members at the next panel meeting
- the panel meeting cap of new applications has not been reached. Once the cap has been reached, the application will be assigned to the next panel meeting agenda
