Register with the RTC!
As a full-time graduate student or research fellow conducting research at SickKids for a minimum of one year, you are required to register with the RTC by completing the RTC Registry Form upon beginning your training at SickKids.
It is important that you register with the RTC as all communication regarding training competitions, seminars, and research-training opportunities are sent electronically to you based on the information provided in this form. After registering with us, you will also receive Research Update (SickKids bi-weekly publication) and the Training Post Newsletter (trainee-led monthly publication).
Registry Form Instructions:
- Please include a copy of your current CV
- Graduate Students: attach proof of enrollment in graduate program (documentation from University such as copy of acceptance letter or printout of course schedule)
- Research Fellows: attach copy of signed SickKids Job Offer Letter/Memorandum of Understanding
- Non-Canadian Citizens: provide copy of immigration status information (i.e. work permit, visa)
Completed registry forms and attachments should be sent to the Research Training Centre Office, Room 5277, Black Wing.
