Details: | Conference Objectives: The symposium will bring together experts who address organizational or practice change through innovative knowledge translation (KT) strategies, from the worlds of business, education, and health. In doing so, the venue will act as its own instance of knowledge translation and exchange between leading thinkers in these three sectors, drawing together current knowledge about how research and knowledge get used and how their use and uptake can be encouraged and improved upon.
