Analysis of Variance (ANOVA)

This 3.5-hour workshop will provide participants with an applied overview of analysis of variance (ANOVA) methods frequently used in clinical research. The following specific topics will be covered:

  • One-Way Analysis of Variance (Post-Hoc Comparisons (e.g. Tukeys, Bonferroni))
  • Two-Way Analysis of Variance (Interaction)
  • Analysis of Covariance (ANCOVA)

Methods will be explored through clinical examples with an emphasis on application and interpretation of results. The workshop will conclude with a Q & A session.
